It is undertaken in 07 (Seven) MCDs (Churachandpur, Tamenglong, Senapati, Ukhrul, Chandel, Thoubal and Imphal East) of the State during 11th &amp; 12th Plan. Various programmes\/schemes like IAY, DWS, Labour Rooms, PHC Buildings, School Buildings, ITI, Anganwadi Centres, etc. are being taken up under MsDP. As per the revised guidelines, 80% of the fund must be used for taking up projects in Education and HEALTH SECTOR.
